Overview
The Implementation Consultant will act as a single point of contact for our clients in support of their Bullhorn software implementations.
Role and Responsibilities
Utilize Gear Partner’s standard processes, tools and approaches to support implementation.
Gather clients’ requirements and facilitate data mapping and data validation.
Manage a Project Portfolio.
Complete Configuration of Software.
Provide client Training and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
Manage Data Mapping and Data Validation tasks
Work with development and testing teams to validate a thorough understanding of project requirements and cadence for delivery.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply application knowledge to suggest appropriate solutions.
Staffing and Bullhorn software experience strongly desired.
Enjoy working in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment.
SQL experience desired.
Experience with configuration of SaaS systems.
Strong decision making and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills including an extreme attention to detail.
Working knowledge of development methodologies, requirements gathering processes and testing processes

Overview
The Data Engineer will act as the lead Technical Analyst for our clients in support of their implementations, will gather functional and data mapping requirements in support of their initiatives, will provide technical project oversight, and will be responsible for mapping and loading data from legacy systems to new system database.
Roles and Responsibilities
A stand-up with your team to review product specifications, requirements and progress
Data migrations from client’s legacy database to their new system’s database
SQL Scripting T-SQL scripts
Deduplication of client’s data
Assisting the data warehouse team with writing schema changes and other database design work, geared for scalability and performance.
Researching and troubleshooting data inaccuracies and creating plans to fix them
Work with clients and Business Analyst to review Data Migration Requirements
Data Analysis
Championing a data-driven culture across the enterprise developing methods and controls to ensure consistent application and use of data
Qualifications
3+ years proven experience writing complex SQL queries
Demonstrated working knowledge of relational database concepts
2+ years proven experience with Python (creating and maintaining data pipelines)
2+ years of extensive hands-on experience with designing, developing, and ongoing support of data warehouse environments
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Strong customer relations and ability to deliver business value with technical excellence
Ability to clearly communicate data, context, and implications to business and technology stakeholders
Experience with ATS/CRM software is a plus
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

The Project Manager acts with integrity, leads by example and serves as the primary POC during the engagement to ensure the appropriate resources and controls are in place for successful planning and execution. You will work closely with the Customer, Sales Executives, Solution Consultants, Solution Architects and Software Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide expertise to define and develop appropriate solutions while managing expectations to deliver an incredible customer experience.

Managing multiple projects for a single client or juggling projects for multiple clients and partnering with clients to identify and drive key business objectives
Leading the project planning activities; Managing the project schedule and critical path; Preparing/Presenting internal and external status reports to various stakeholders.
Leading cross functional teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones.
Proactively managing risks and issues and actively managing the project budget
Collaborating with your client, project team members and the extended Bullhorn team
Providing input and driving continuous improvement of the Delivery teams methodology and best practices. This includes standardized processes, tools, templates and techniques that benefit project delivery teams.

You have a proven track record of 2-5 years of managing enterprise IT implementation projects for external clients.
You are experienced and comfortable managing projects of 6+ months duration and project budgets up to $1M.
You aren’t afraid to take risks and learn from mistakes.
You love collaborating with your team, client and partners.
You are skilled in project management best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Schedule Mgmt, Risk/Issue Mgmt, Scope Mgmt, WBS, etc.) including proficiency with project scheduling tools (E.g., Clarizen, Clarity, MS Project).
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, with high quality and with consistently high customer satisfaction scores.

Staffing industry experience and knowledge of associated applications
SaaS implementation project delivery
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or other PM certifications)
Prior experience with a consulting firm
Experience with multiple development methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, iterative/hybrid, etc.
